At Meadowlark Schools, our team is the foundation of everything we do. Our educators understand the delicate balance of providing guidance while honoring children's natural learning processes. They know when to step back and observe, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to offer support. With patience and intentionality, they create environments where children feel safe to explore, take risks, and develop at their own pace.

All Meadowlark staff members receive continuous professional development in nature-based education, child development, and our unique curriculum approach. Many hold specialized certifications in early childhood education, outdoor learning, or related fields.
